How do we protect our customers' personal information?

All of your personal information is encrypted by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software when it is transmitted to us via the Internet to any website address beginning with https. We maintain the servers that store this information in a facility with restricted access. We do not collect Credit Card numbers on our servers. Your Credit Card number is collected and validated by one of our Credit Card service companies.

How do we use information about our customers?

We use your personal information to process your orders. This includes for example, contacting you to confirm your order, fulfilling it, and shipping it. We may also contact you about your order. Additionally, we will use your contact information to send you e-newsletters or other promotional notices, or to respond to requests for information or assistance from you.

Product Prices, Descriptions, Specials and Availability
 

We make every effort to keep our website: www.SiriusSportsOnline.com up to date regarding product descriptions and images. Our prices are subject to change without notice. Special Offers are good while supplies last. We make every effort to keep our inventory levels on the website updated. If you get a message that the item you are looking for is out of stock, please call us at 1-866-333-7764 toll-free to see if we have the product available or if we have another product that might meet your needs.

 
Sales Tax:
 

We only charge sales tax on orders shipped to an address within New Jersey. Current New Jersey tax regulations require we charge orders including shipping at a rate of 7.00%.

 
Shipping:
 

How is my shipping charge determined?

Shipping charges are based off of UPS’s standard rate tables.  Shipping weight, product size, and shipping method all determine how much shipping will be on an item.

We offer Free Shipping from time to time. Products that qualify for free shipping with be indicated on the product page. We do not offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. 

Currently all baseball bats, softball bats, baseball gloves and softball gloves $99.00 dollars and above have free shipping to the lower 48 states.

Which locations do you ship to?

We ship to all UPS valid addresses within the 50 States within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii will have higher shipping costs.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 1:00pm Eastern Time are processed for shipment the same business day if the products are in stock.  Most items ship within 24 hours of processing.  Shipping & delivery days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

We do all we can to get your order shipped out as soon as possible, and most orders ship within 24 hours of being sent to the warehouse.  We do not guarantee delivery dates, and we do not refund shipping charges if items do not ship on a specific day.  We will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, we will do everything we can to help resolve the problem.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes!  We only ship via UPS shipping and yes we will provide to you a UPS Tracking number.  When available, tracking numbers are sent via email.

 
General Return Policy:
 

Most merchandise may be returned within 30 days (15 days for videos with unbroken seal, books and software) of delivery so long as the merchandise is in new, resalable condition with all original components and packaging intact. All returns must be authorized by Customer Service, please call Customer Service at 1-866-333-7764. The Return Authorization number must be visible on the outside of the package, or the package may be refused. Some items may be subject to restocking fees up to 20%. Returned items that are not in new, resalable condition will either be refused and returned to the sender or may be subject to reconditioning fees up to 20%. Shipping charges and return fees are not refundable unless the return is due to a Sirius Sports error.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used
  • Items without all original packaging or components
  • Garments that have been worn, laundered or altered
  • Bats with the factory shrink wrap removed
  • Customized, decorated or special order items (uniforms, bags, gloves, etc.)
  • Clearance and Closeout Items
  • Mouth Guards removed from their original packaging
  • Athletic Supporters removed from their original packaging
  • Videos with shrink wrap removed

Process for Returning Merchandise:

  • Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and the proper address to return the merchandise to from Customer Service. All returns must be authorized.
  • Repack the merchandise in its original packaging including any tags, accessories or literature that came with the merchandise. Pack the merchandise in the box used to ship the merchandise to you or a functional equivalent.
  • Write the RA number on the outside of the package. RA numbers should be clearly visible without opening the package. Returns without a visible RA number on the outside of the package will be refused.
  • Label the package with the correct return shipping address. Not all items are returned to our office address. Returns shipped to the incorrect address may result in additional shipping charges and delays in issuing credits. You may want to insure the package. Sirius Sports is not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Credits:

Credits are typically issued within 2 to 4 weeks of receiving the returned item. The amount of the credit issued will be price of the merchandise and any applicable taxes less the original shipping charges and any additional fees.

Exchanges:

In order to keep our prices low, and to get your items to you as quickly as possible, Sirius Sports typically does not exchange merchandise. We treat exchanges as a return and a new order. This way you don't have to wait until your returned merchandise gets back to us before the replacement merchandise is sent to you.

Return Authorization:

All returns must be authorized by Customer Service. Return authorizations will include a Return Authorization number (RA number) that must be displayed on the outside of the package and the correct return address. Once an RA number is issued, the returned item must be received within 15 days. Returns that are not authorized, do not have an RA number visible on the outside of the package, are sent to the wrong address, or are received later than 15 days after RA number being issued will be refused.

A return authorization does not guarantee a credit will be issued. If subsequent inspection of the returned merchandise indicates the merchandise was not eligible for return, the package will be refused or may be charged a reconditioning fee up to 20% of the price of the merchandise.

Restocking, Reconditioning & Refused Package Fees:

Sirius Sports does not like to charge restocking fees or any other fees involved with a return. We typically include the costs of returns in the price of our merchandise or the shipping and handling fees. There are times when those costs are not covered, and in those circumstances, we do pass those costs on to orders that generated those additional costs.
Sirius Sports stocks most of the merchandise offered for sale on www.siriussportsonline.com. Merchandise directly stocked by Sirius Sports typically does not incur a restocking fee if returned. Sirius Sports typically only charges a restocking fee when one is charged by one of our suppliers or if the circumstances surrounding the return warrant a restocking fee. Restocking fees range from 10% to 20% of the cost of the merchandise.

Sometimes merchandise is returned with damaged or missing components, manuals or packaging that prevents Sirius Sports from being able to resale the merchandise. At Sirius Sports’ sole discretion, rather than refusing or returning the package, we may replace the missing or damaged item(s). In such instances, a reconditioning fee equal to the cost of placing the item in resalable condition, not to exceed 20% of the price of the merchandise, may be charged.

Sirius Sports will charge a refused package fee for any order that is refused when delivery is attempted without prior authorization from Sirius Sports. The refused package fee is equal to the amount of the shipping charges for the order and the carrier's charges for returning the refused package(s). These orders will also be charged a 15% restocking fee.

 

BAT WARRANTIES:

Your new aluminum/composite bat carries a minimum of a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Sirius Sports also offers a 14-day return policy for all unused, new bats. (Please see the details of the warranty and return policy below.)

New Bats (Unused)

All unused, new bats in their original “shrink wrapped” packaging may be returned to Sirius Sports within 14 days of purchase. Please call SIRIUS SPORTS for a return authorization number (RA#). Unless products are defective or shipped in error, shipping charges are not refundable.

Defective or Damaged Bats

All defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer. Defective or damaged bats may be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. The bat manufacturer's phone numbers are shown below for your convenience. Please call them directly to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). We recommend that you keep your bat invoice as your proof of purchase.
