Successful candidates should possess the following minimum qualifications:
• Sports knowledge preferred
• Sports product knowledge preferred
• Outside sales experience preferred (1 year minimum)
• Sporting goods sales experience a plus
• Solid familiarity with the local area/market
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Demonstrated success in previous commissioned sales opportunities
• Be a ’self-starter’ and a team player
• Able to work on straight commission
